Your Service Delivery Manager will produce monthly Service Delivery Reports, detailing all incidents raised and their classification and resolution times. They will also meet with you on a quarterly basis to review face to face our service delivery and discuss any room for improvement, on either side, whether that be in the type of incidents and how they are reported or in the service that is delivered to support your business.
