Service Delivery Team Leader

The successful candidate will be joining Helastel’s growing Customer Support Team where they will provide software support and infrastructure services to a number of Helastel’s key customers. The Service Delivery Team Leader will be responsible for a group of Helastel’s different services and work proactively to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our service delivery.

This is a pivotal customer-facing role and will suit someone who relishes the challenge of conflicting priorities, balancing the requirements of both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • To be responsible for ensuring that the support services team of Support Managers manage their accounts successfully with the intention of creating a positive, collaborative customer journey from bid to service delivery execution.
  • To be the primary business contact for the Service Delivery Team and assigned clients.
  • To lead teams of support delivery staff and report monthly on their performance.

Experience/qualifications

  • Previous management experience working in either a support function or software delivery
  • Proven commercial experience and awareness
  • Demonstrable experience of team financial management and reporting
  • Demonstrable experience of managing SLAs and related analyses of performance
  • Experience of managing and developing teams

Salary

  • £45,000 – 55,000
