Product Marketing Manager

You will be the leading figure in the Intelastel marketing team driving the global GTM campaign programme. Supporting and reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work with the Intelastel Product Manager and wider marketing team to ideate, develop and coordinate customer acquisition and growth campaigns in support of the overall business strategy and marketing and lead generation goals. This is an exciting challenge for the right candidate who is seeking an opportunity to launch and grow a disruptive new product in a global market.

Job Purpose

  • Develop and optimise the go-to-market and growth marketing strategies for Intelastel
  • Develop and build on product messaging that sets Intelastel apart from others in the market to drive brand and product awareness in support of our ambitious business growth strategy
  • Initially focus marketing effort towards generating leads and new business opportunities

Key Responsibilities 

  • Own, develop and optimise the global go-to-market and growth marketing strategies for Intelastel
  • Research buyer and end-user needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape
  • Uncover untapped opportunities and buyer personas to help us further develop our existing personas
  • Build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to clearly communicate Intelastel’s value proposition and USPs
  • Develop a comprehensive sales and partner enablement programme and collateral, producing everything from decks to demo videos with support from the wider marketing team
  • Deliver the marketing plans via appropriate channels and tactics with guidance from the Head of Marketing and with the support of key team members and suppliers
  • Work with supporting external agencies on product marketing campaigns to maximise their impact
  • Oversee and coordinate analyst and influencer engagement programmes
  • Use insights and analytics to drive optimisations around key success metrics across all channels
  • Lead the creation and management of marketing workflows and lead nurture programmes in HubSpot
  • Measure, collect, analyse, and report on web data to understand and optimise the website user experience
  • Define, monitor, analyse and report on ongoing performance across channels against KPIs
  • Assist in responding to relevant RFP’s and RFI’s to provide deeper information and insight about Intelastel

  • Excellent market research and analytical skills
  • Evidence of experience working in a product marketing role, in a tech B2B S/PaaS company 
  • Track record of delivering successful go-to-market strategies for new and disruptive products 
  • Experience in using HubSpot or another marketing automation platform
  • Web analytics experience


  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience
  • Previous experience of working for a low-code/no-code platform developer
  • An understanding of AI and its potential business impact
