Content Coordinator

Job purpose

  • Maximise marketing output across the business as directed by the Marketing Manager
  • Creating and managing effective digital marketing campaigns
  • Producing engaging marketing content and collateral

Key responsibilities

  • Leading the process of client case study production with input from the wider commercial team
  • Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns
  • Communicating and managing Analyst community engagement
  • Producing website content; writing blog posts, news stories and video content etc.
  • Help to optimise lead generation campaigns and activities
  • Work with Marketing Manager and commercial and product management teams to produce content and collateral around our product and service offerings
  • Assisting with the planning and booking of events and exhibitions
  • Creating and producing print media (leaflets, posters, brochures, event materials)
  • Help target markets with various campaigns
  • Analysing and reporting on marketing activity including web traffic, email stats and social media
  • Taking ownership of the social media site by updating the website and social media regularly with news, pictures and other related content, promoting our companies work and culture company
  • Assisting in the production of customer presentations
  • Being a brand ambassador across the organisation
  • Other duties as reasonably required from time to time by senior management

  • Demonstrable experience in a marketing department or agency
  • Excellent content writing skills
  • Creative campaign and content ideas
  • Good understanding of digital media and its use in B2B marketing
  • Commercial/sales awareness
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Computer literacy – in particular, Google Suite and report generation


  • Experience using Hubspot marketing automation platform
  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience and understanding of the tech/software/SaaS industry
  • Understanding of business and the basic concepts that drive business decisions
